Q: When should I schedule my wedding dress appointment?
-
- Answer: Schedule your wedding dress appointment 12-18 months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time for production and final alterations, and not before you have you wedding date, venue and bridal financing arranged. We often accommodate last minute brides; selected designers offer a quicker turnaround or a priority service at an extra charge.
Q: Is there a fee for the wedding dress appointment?
-
- Answer: No, we don’t charge a fee for our bridal appointments. However, our appointments are strictly for decision-ready brides, with a wedding date, venue and bridal financing in place. We ask that you book only when you’re genuinely ready to find your dream dress and can bring your key people with you, to make that important decision on the day. Due to high demand, we are unable to offer a try-on appointment solely for browsing or comparison. Please do not book an appointment without your wedding date, venue and bridal budget arranged. We’d love to welcome you when you’re fully prepared and ready to find the one!
Q: Why do I need to be decision-ready before booking an appointment?
-
Answer: Our bridal appointments are designed for brides who are ready to find and secure their wedding dress. Many of our gowns are made to order and can take up to 12 months to arrive, with styles frequently rotating or being discontinued.
Having your wedding date, venue and bridal finances in place allows us to ensure the timing is right and to guide you towards gowns that fit both your vision and your wedding plans. Due to limited availability, we prioritise appointments for brides who are ready to place an order on the day if they find the one.
Q: What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
-
- Answer: Our collections range between £460 - £4000. During your appointment, we’ll help you find beautiful options within your budget.
Q: How many people can I bring with me to the appointment?
-
- Answer: You can bring up-to 3 people with you, whose opinions you trust. It’s important to keep the group small to ensure you stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed by too many opinions.
Q: How long will the appointment last?
-
- Answer: Our decision-ready bridal appointments last up to 60 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to try on different styles, make a decision, and discuss any customisations or alterations with your expert.

Q: Do I need to bring my wedding shoes to the fitting?

Q: Do I have to make a decision on my dress during the appointment?
-
- Answer: Yes, we encourage you to be prepared to make a decision during your appointment and have your bridal funding in place. Wedding dresses are made to order, production times can be as lengthy as 12 months, and dresses can be quickly discontinued. If you’re buying off-the-peg then your dress could be sold to another bride. Delaying your decision could impact your timeline, so it's best to come ready to say "yes" to the dress!
