- Answer: Our sample dresses come in a variety of sizes, but they may not fit you perfectly. Don't worry! Our consultants will expertly pin and clip the sample to give you a better idea of how the dress will look. We also have tools and padding to help simulate the correct fit.

What underwear should I wear to the fitting?
- Answer: We recommend wearing nude, seamless underwear and a strapless bra. This will help create a smooth silhouette under the dresses. If you plan on wearing shapewear on your wedding day, it’s a good idea to bring that along as well.

Do I need to bring my wedding shoes to the fitting?
- Answer: No, you don't need to bring your wedding shoes to the initial fitting. We'll focus on the dress style and fit. Once your dress arrives and we begin alterations, you'll need to bring your wedding shoes to ensure the hemline is perfect.

How many people can I bring with me to the appointment?
- Answer: We recommend bringing 2-3 people whose opinions you trust. It’s important to keep the group small to ensure you stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed by too many opinions.

- Answer: While we love children, bridal appointments can be long, and we want to ensure that your experience is as stress-free and focused as possible. Finding childcare during your appointment gives you the time and space to make this important decision on the day.

- Answer: Yes, we encourage you to be prepared to make a decision during your appointment. Wedding dresses are made to order, and production times can vary and be lengthy. Delaying your decision could impact your timeline, so it's best to come ready to say "yes" to the dress!

- Answer: Our bridal appointments typically last about 60-90 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to try on different styles, make a decision, and discuss any customizations or alterations with our consultants.

- Answer: Bring an open mind, your preferred undergarments, and photos or inspiration for the style you're envisioning.

What happens if I can’t decide on a dress during the fitting?
- Answer: If you need more time, we understand. However, please keep in mind that due to production timelines, we encourage making a decision as soon as possible. We can discuss your options and will schedule a follow-up appointment, but availability might be limited, along with the availability of the dress you love.

Can I take photos during the appointment?
- Answer: We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the appointment. Our goal is to ensure that you fully experience each dress in the moment without distractions. Often, photos taken in-store under different lighting conditions can distort the true look and feel of the dress, which might lead to confusion later on, after all how often do you find yourself re-taking a selfie until you settle on a shot you’re happy with? We want you to remember how you felt in the dress rather than relying on potentially misleading images. Rest assured, we’ll work closely with you to help you find the perfect gown and make sure you're confident in your choice.

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
- Answer: Our new wedding dresses range is typical from £1000-£3000 During your appointment, we’ll help you find beautiful options within your budget.

Do you offer alteration services?
- Answer: Yes. Alterations are not included with your dress purchase, however we cap our alteration service at £200. Ensuring the perfect fit of your gown is our priority. We will book you in with our in-house seamstress once your dress comes in. You are welcome to source your own seamstress. Our expertise guarantees your dress will fit beautifully at a price you’ll love.

When should I schedule my wedding dress appointment?
- Answer: Schedule your wedding dress fitting at least 12 months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time for production and alterations.

What happens if my weight changes after I order my dress?
- Answer: If your weight changes, there’s no need to worry - dresses can be altered up or down by several sizes. Let us know as soon as possible if you experience significant changes so we can guide you on the necessary alterations.

Is there a fee for the wedding dress try on appointment?
- Answer: No, we don’t charge a fee for appointments. However, we ask that you book only when you’re genuinely ready to find your dream dress and make that important decision on the day.

Can I bring food or drinks to the appointment?
- Answer: Please avoid bringing food or drinks into the boutique to help protect the dresses. This ensures the gowns remain in pristine condition for every bride.

What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
- Answer: If you're running late for your appointment, call us immediately at 07842880002 so we can find the best solution together. We strive to accommodate all brides' schedules, but each appointment lasts about one hour, limiting how much we can extend your time. We hold appointments for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you arrive later than that, we may not have enough time to conduct your fitting properly without impacting the next appointments. To ensure a smooth experience, book your appointment in advance, and if needed, reschedule promptly.
