Here’s everything you need to know:

  • No Appointments: This is not part of our appointment system. Simply walk in – first come, first served!

  • Daily availability - Open Monday - Saturday

  • Bring Your Besties: You may bring up to 2 guests with you.

  • Shared Space: Please note, this is not a private showroom experience. There may be other brides in-store.

  • If the showroom is at capacity, we will ask you to kindly return at a specified time

  • Try-On Rules: You can take 2 dresses at a time into the fitting room.

  • Found a Favourite? If you want to hold on to a favourite while re-selecting, it will count as 1 of your next 2 dresses to try on

  • Re-Queue System: Once you’ve tried on your 2 dresses, you’ll need to leave the fitting room, choose your next two dresses, and re-join the queue if there are others waiting.

  • Dress Assistance: You’ll need your guest(s) to help you into the dresses – staff will be on hand to support but this is a self-led try-on experience.

  • We kindly request that no make-up or false tan is worn to try on to best preserve our off-the-peg wedding dresses

  • One-of-a-Kind Dresses: These gowns are one-off pieces – once they’re gone, they’re gone!
